Charming, bright, quiet, remodeled (Summer 2024) Hawaiiana decor condo only steps to the beach, normally a 4 minute walk. The linens are all 100% cotton, The queen bed and sofa sleeper are one year old, high-end, and very comfortable. Ocean breezes keep the condo cool, but there is AC to cool off after a day at the beach. Two lanais, off the living room and bedroom, have comfortable seating and peekaboo ocean views- perfect for viewing spectacular sunrises with your cup of coffee or tea. Watch beautiful sunsets while you sit on the lanai, relaxing after a day of touring, the island with your favorite beverage. The cute kitchen is stocked- help yourselves. Ask Echo to play Iz's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" or wake up with some Yo-Yo Ma. |
There are three pools to cool off in, a jacuzzi, and a big ocean to jump into- a short 4-minute walk. Great restaurants, unique shops, and Kauai's best ABC Store are in the Coconut Marketplace- a short 4-minute walk away; hula dancing and Hawaiian music are usually presented on weekends. Wailua Drive-In has great Hawaiian food at great prices, only an 8-minute walk- a local favorite. Popular Wailua Golf Course is a quick 5-minute drive south, along with many other courses on the island. The world-renowned beach at Hanalei Bay is a short, scenic, 40-minute drive north. The calm, rolling, temperate waves beckon. Jumping off the Hanalei Pier is a must-do for all ages (summertime only). It is my favorite place on Earth. Hanalei Town also has very good restaurants and unique shops. The 7 Mile Bike Path is a beautiful, stunning scenery bike or walking concrete path that follows the coastline north and is at the beach that is in front of the condo; bike rentals are a short 5-minute walk from the condo. Quaint, cute Downtown Kapaa is a quick 5-minute drive north (also walkable). There is a long street with many cute, unique shops and delicious fare restaurants. They often hold street fairs and farmers' markets.
Top your day off with an umbrella drink, dining toes-in-the-sand, on the beach at the Lava Lava Beach Club- delicious food, Hawaiian guitarists most nights; a 6-minute walk from the condo. Our condo is centrally located in the middle of the east side- Hanalei Bay is a 40-minute scenic drive north, and Poipu Beach is a 32-minute drive south. The Lihue Airport is just 10 minutes south.
