The owner of Kauai Seaside properties, Liana Nakazawa, was born and raised in Kauai, with many local connections to other professionals. Liana graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and she has a Master’s degree in Education from Grand Canyon University. She has worked for Summers Realty, Inc. for many years and has been mentored by Tom & Linda Summers. She has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2011 and obtained her Hawaii Brokers license in 2021, with over 10 years of property management and sales experience.
